Five timers built in

Built for the middle of a workout.

Your hands are chalky, your heart rate is up, and your phone is on the floor six feet away. DoMoreReps is designed for exactly that moment: fewer taps, less noise, nothing in the way.

Every session lands in the log

Workouts are saved the moment they end, including the ones you stop early. Add notes, check your splits, and repeat any workout straight from the list.

Do it every day. Get in shape.

DoMoreReps will get you results, and the formula is not complicated: one short, hard workout a day, for long enough that it adds up. The app takes care of everything around the workout, so the only effort left is the workout itself.

  1. 3 taps

    Starting is the easy part

Open the app, pick a timer, hit Start. No plan to build and no account to set up. When starting takes ten seconds, there is not much left to talk yourself out of.

  2. 20:00

    Short is enough

A 20 minute AMRAP or a 4 minute Tabata is a real workout. You do not need an hour or a full gym. You need a clock that pushes you and a few minutes you will actually use.

  3. Daily

    Every day adds up

Each session is saved to your log by day, so you can see the days you showed up. Repeat yesterday’s workout with one tap and try to beat it.

Show up, press Start, do the reps. Keep doing that and you will get in shape.

Small things that matter mid-workout.

Each of these exists because something went wrong in a real session: a miscounted round, a locked screen, a workout that never got saved.

  • Round splits

Tap Round in AMRAP and For Time to mark a finished round. Every tap records a split against the round before it.

  • Presets

Save any timer setup with a name. It shows up on the home screen and starts in one tap.

  • Buy a minute

Need a breather? Buy 60 seconds of rest. The workout clock stops, the bought minute counts down, and the tally goes on your result.

  • Landscape digits

Turn the phone sideways and the digits grow while everything secondary gets out of the way. Prop it against a plate and go.

  • Stays on, stays loud

The screen stays awake while a timer runs, and cues play even when the phone is on silent.

  • Nothing leaves your phone

No account and no network calls. Timers, presets, and your log are stored on the device.

DoMoreReps is coming to the App Store soon. Leave your address and we will send a single message on launch day.

One email on launch day. Nothing else.

Five timers. One color each.

The color follows the mode everywhere: the card you tap, the run screen, the entry in your log. You know what you are doing from across the room.

AMRAP

As many rounds as possible. A fixed window counts down while you count rounds.

20 minutes of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats

  • 1 to 60 minutes
  • Tap Round to mark each round
  • Split time for every round

EMOM

Every minute on the minute, or any interval you set.

EMOM 12: 3 power cleans

  • Intervals from 10 seconds to 5 minutes
  • Up to 60 rounds
  • Beep and haptic at the top of each interval

Tabata

Alternating work and rest with a change you cannot miss.

8 rounds, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off

  • Set work, rest, and rounds
  • Rest switches color and label
  • Set rest to 0 to skip it

For Time

Counts up until you are done, with a time cap if you want one.

Fran, for time

  • Optional cap from 1 to 60 minutes
  • Round splits
  • Hold to finish, so no accidental stops

MIX

Chain blocks into one continuous session and repeat them as sets, without restarting a timer between pieces.

REST 1:00EMOM 10 x 1 minREST 1:00TABATA 8 x 20s / 10sx 3 sets
  • AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and Rest blocks
  • Repeat the whole sequence for up to 10 sets
  • Runs as one continuous session

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about the first release and what follows it.

    • When can I download it?

DoMoreReps is in final development for iPhone and will be on the App Store soon. Leave your email above and you will get one message the day it is live.

    • Is there an Android version?

Android is planned, after the iPhone release. There is no date for it yet.

    • Will it actually get me in shape?

If you use it every day, yes. Short, hard workouts done consistently are what get results, and DoMoreReps removes everything that makes them easy to skip. It cannot do the reps for you, but it makes showing up the only hard part.

    • Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no onboarding, and no network connection involved. Your timers, presets, and log stay on your phone.

    • Does the clock stay accurate if I switch apps?

Yes. Time is calculated from timestamps rather than counted tick by tick, so the clock is correct when you come back, and pausing never causes drift. Audio cues while the app is in the background are planned for a later update.

    • Will I hear it with my phone on silent?

Yes. Cues play with the ringer switch off. Sound, voice, and haptics each have their own toggle in Settings if you want less.

    • What happens if I stop a workout early?

It is saved anyway and marked as stopped early in your log. The exit prompt tells you that and nothing more. You can discard the entry from the summary if you do not want it.

    • What is Buy a minute?

A button on the run screen that pauses the workout clock for a 60-second rest and then resumes on its own. Tap again for another minute. Bought minutes never count toward your workout time, and the tally is shown on the result.

    • How much does it cost?

$12.99 per month, as a subscription through the App Store. One plan covers everything in the app.

    • What comes after the first release?

Planned next: a workout library and generator, personal records, CSV export, and Apple Health. After that, a TV display for the gym and an Apple Watch companion. None of these are in the first release.
